RE-OPS (“RE-OPS” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.  This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (www.RE-OPS.co), in email, text, SMS, our social media accounts, and other electronic messages.  This policy describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing information.  Your participation in our Services is voluntary.  If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services.  By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this policy.  This policy may change from time to time.  Your continued use of our Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

Generally, RE-OPS will be guided by the following principles when processing personal data:

  3. We will seek to verify and/or update personal data periodically, and we will accept requests for amendments of personal data;

The RE-OPS marketplace is for use only within the United States.

 

Information You Provide When You Use The RE-OPS Marketplace

You provide information to us when you:

  • search or shop for products or services on the RE-OPS Marketplace;

  • add or remove an item from your order, or process an order through the RE-OPS Marketplace;  

  • offer your products or services on or through the RE-OPS Marketplace;

  • communicate with us by phone, email, or otherwise;

  • complete a questionnaire or support ticket, 

  • provide and rate product or services Reviews;

 

Information we collect through automated technologies
The information we collect is generally statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties in order to deliver you a more personalized experience. 

 

Data Collected
Information about your computer/device - RE-OPS collects information such as User ID, Location, Device ID, IP address, operating system, and browser type for the purposes of system administration, analytics, access to location specific data within the RE-OPS platform and to report aggregate information to its customers and business partners, and to audit the usage of the RE-OPS platform and website. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user and to gather broad demographic information. We may also use these technologies to collect information about your online activities across time and third-party websites or apps.  Please review each service prior to use and only use those that disclose information you are comfortable with sharing. 

 

Information from Other Sources

Examples of information we receive from other sources include:

  • updated delivery and address information from suppliers, service providers, carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records; 

  • account information, purchase or redemption information, and information from suppliers, service providers, carriers or other third parties with which we are partners;

  • information about your interactions with products and services;

  • search results and links, including paid listings (i.e. Sponsored Advertisements, etc.);

  • credit history information from credit bureaus, which we use to detect and prevent fraud.

 

Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to a visitor’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. A cookie may tell us whether you have visited the Website before and what pages on the Website you have viewed. Our web services and communications may contain small electronic files called web beacons.  These files may also be called clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs.  These files allow us to collect data about the services or communications for statistical purposes and verifying system accuracy. 

We may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources you provide to us, such as those listed above.   

 

Links to Other Sites
Other websites may link to RE-OPS and we may link to other websites which we think may be of interest to our visitors. RE-OPS is not responsible for the content of these sites and is not able to control the information that is contained or collected on them. Third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services. We may use this information to provide you with interest-based advertising or other targeted content.  Children should always check with a parent or legal guardian before linking to any new sites. Review and Correction of Your Information
If, for any reason, you are concerned that the personal information about you that is maintained by RE-OPS is incorrect, you may update your personal information on our website or by contacting us in writing at the email address listed above.  We may continue to retain your personal information in our files due to technical and legal requirements, constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Websites or to resolve disputes. 

 

Disclosure of your information
Information collected by us may be shared with any of our affiliated companies. These companies are bound by obligations to keep any personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, but we cannot guarantee that will occur. RE-OPS may share personally identifiable, anonymous or aggregate data with its partners and advertisers. RE-OPS will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties without your express consent. 

 

Data Security
We have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. 

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while RE-OPS strives to protect your personal information, RE-OPS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.  Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures of our services. 

 

Transfer of Personal data to Third Parties and/or Other Countries
As a general principle, we process personal data to facilitate or improve RE-OPS offerings and services to you. We do not process personal data on behalf of third parties, nor do we sell personal data to, or share personal data with, third parties for their own, independent use, except if you allow us to do so.

All data transfers to third party vendors or partners, including those listed as examples above will be subject to a written contract between us and the third-party vendor or partner in question, and the vendor or partner will not have any authority to use such personal data for any purpose other than as instructed by us. We will disclose personal data when legally obligated to do so under subpoena or court order, or for law enforcement purposes. 

 

Message to California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have certain rights around RE-OPS’s collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.  RE-OPS does not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale as required by law.  

 

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the CCPA may allow RE-OPS to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request. You may send a deletion request to: info@re-ops.co.  We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so.

 

Separate from the CCPA, California’s Shine the Light law gives California residents the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their goods or services to you unless you request such disclosure. RE-OPS may amend this policy at any time.  We may need to change its data processing and privacy policy from time to time to keep up with the ways in which we collect, use, transfer, store and/or delete personal data. If policy changes are made, which would materially and adversely affect the privacy of individuals to whom this policy applies, we will work to give notice of such changes to all individuals concerned.  We encourage you to periodically review this page for new information.
